Terms and Conditions of the Application

Definition of terms

1. Company - "Cityzen" is owned by the limited liability company "City Development" (Identification Number - 405463225).
2. Cityzen - a residential complex.
3. Application - The "Cityzen" application.
4. User - a natural or legal person who is either an owner or future tenant/owner of a residential apartment in Cityzen and who has registered in the application in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations and terms and conditions.
5. Owner of the application - a natural or legal person who wishes to register in the application in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations and terms and conditions.
6. Notification/Communication - Any letter/message/notification sent by the company to the user through the application.

Registration Rules

1. The owner of the application is allowed to register in the application using their personal identification number and the mobile phone number recorded in the database of personal data of the company.
2. During the registration process, indicating other individuals' personal data is prohibited.

Main provisions

1. With the help of the application, parties can communicate with each other.
2. The information provided in the application is used to establish effective communication with the user, which is necessary for the provision and improvement of the services.
3. Any physical or legal person may voluntarily provide personal information on the application according to their own desire and based on their own interests.
4. In the context of information sharing in the application, the user agrees that the information provided will be open to the company and the company is entitled to use such information for marketing, analytical or other types of processing/activities.
5. The company has legal authority to send announcements/notifications to the user.
6. The company is authorized to make changes and additions to the rules and regulations and notify users in advance of any changes through the application. Additionally, the use of the application by the user automatically indicates their legal agreement to comply with the current rules and regulations and any changes made to them.

Company's Rights and Responsibilities.

1. The company does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information contained in the news feed of the application.
2. The Company reserves the right to modify/terminate the publication or action of announcements and notifications based on its own discretion.
3. The company is not liable for the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the application.
4. The company is authorized to modify any notification or announcement in any manner, as long as it contains all relevant special instructions.
5. The company is not liable for the accuracy of user data.

User Rights and Obligations.

1. The user is obliged to immediately notify the company in case of incorrect display of information.
2. The user is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the relevant field, including the selection of the corresponding option via a button indicating agreement with the terms of the agreement, and bears full responsibility for the decisions made based on the provided results.
3. The user shall provide a declaration and grant the company full and unrestricted rights to process and store the personal data specified by the user during registration at the time of registration.

Confidentiality

1. Confidentiality refers to any information that is not publicly accessible and that has become known to the user/company through the use of the application, which is known to the user/company and is not publicly available.
2. Parties to the agreement shall take measures to protect confidential information and shall not disclose confidential information provided to them by the other party to any third party, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Confidential information provided/sent by the user will only be used by the company in accordance with applicable laws and under the terms of mutual agreements (including any signed forms) between the parties.
4. The disclosure of confidential information shall not be considered a violation of confidentiality if the transmission of information is requested by a competent authority in accordance with the law or by a person/entity authorized to do so. In such cases, the company must inform the user of the requested disclosure of confidential information and the provision of information from the company's side.
